Tanya has over ten years’ experience in the health and fitness industry. As a former: competitive athlete, Fitness Aquatics Instructor, Lifeguard, Outdoor Recreation Program Leader, Homeschool P.E. Instructor, Running Group Coordinator, Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and mother of six home-schooled children (WHEW!!!), Tanya is truly an amazing and valuable resource in her community. Tanya’s experience in exercise and nutrition stems not only from her education and training, but from her own personal struggle to figure out what it was going to take to get rid of over 60 pounds of excess baby fat (10 pounds approximately for each baby) and KEEP IT OFF FOR GOOD!! She not only discovered the “formula” for getting fit, but even went on in October of 2014 to compete in her first-ever female fitness competition and half-marathon!
